  • When do passes go on sale? — Early-bird passes open in waves through 2026. Register your interest and we’ll email you the moment each release drops, plus any partner discount codes.
  • What does a delegate pass include? — Access to panels, masterclasses, markets, labs and showcases across the week, plus the EWA app for scheduling and networking. Night events and the Deal Room may require an upgraded or access-gated pass.
  • Are there student or group rates? — Yes. Discounted learner passes are available with a valid student ID, and group rates apply for teams of five or more. Choose “Student” when you register to see learner pricing.
  • Can I get a refund or transfer my pass? — Passes are transferable to another person up to 72 hours before the event. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout, reach out to the tickets team for anything specific.
  • How many tracks and days are there? — EWA 2026 runs across six days, 17 to 22 November, with seven industry tracks, Music, Film & TV, Fashion & Beauty, AI & Tech, Art & Animation, Live Events & Production and Creative Enterprise, plus signature experiences and platform products across the week.
  • Will the full schedule be published in advance? — Yes. The live schedule is published ahead of the week and updated as sessions and speakers are confirmed. You can filter by day and track, and add any session to your calendar.
  • Can I build a personal agenda? — The schedule lets you add sessions to your own calendar, and the EWA app surfaces a personalised plan based on the tracks and experiences you select.
  • How do I apply to speak, perform or showcase? — Head to the Apply page, choose every role that fits, speaker, performer, showcase, film, animation and more, and the relevant programming team reviews and responds by email.
  • Can I apply for more than one role? — Absolutely. One application covers everything, mix and match roles and each unlocks the right follow-up questions in the form.
  • How do I access the Deal Room or Markets? — The Content Market, Music Market and Deal Room are access-gated. Apply through the Enterprise track or the Apply page and our team confirms eligibility and pre-matches your meetings.
  • When will I hear back about my application? — Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You’ll get an acknowledgement immediately and a decision from the relevant team as programming firms up.
  • Where does EWA 2026 take place? — EWA 2026 is hosted across leading Lagos venues including the Livespot Entertarium, EbonyLife Place, the Landmark Centre and Eko Convention Centre. Each session lists its venue.
  • Do you help with visas or travel? — We provide invitation letters for confirmed delegates and partner rates with select hotels and airlines. Details are shared after registration.
  • Is there shuttle transport between venues? — Yes, a delegate shuttle runs between the official venues and partner hotels across event days, with times in the EWA app.
  • How can my brand partner with EWA? — From title partnerships to track sponsorships, markets, labs and activations, we build packages around your goals. Start on the Sponsorship page and our team designs the right fit.
  • How do I apply for media accreditation? — Visit the Media Centre to register for media partner access. Accreditation covers press passes, interview requests and access to the official asset library.
  • Can we exhibit or run an activation? — Yes. Exhibitor booths and brand activations are available across the Live Events Expo and track floors, choose “Exhibitor / Activation” when you enquire.
  • What are the health and safety measures? — EWA works with professional event-safety partners across every venue, trained stewards, medical points, clear emergency procedures and a dedicated attendee-safety team on the ground.
  • Is the event accessible? — Our venues are selected and equipped for accessibility. Let us know your requirements when you register and the onsite team will make sure you’re supported.
  • Who do I contact during the event? — The EWA app has a live help desk, and information & safety points are staffed at every venue throughout the week.
